"Well one I’m a avid rider I ride everyday to work I ride on weekends I build bikes they are my life I own 24 different motorcycles so with that being said I also own a lot of gear these people do not know about what they are selling a $80 belt helmet is just as safe as a $250 icon and isn’t built their brand I mean don’t get me wrong I would never buy a bolt they are cheap and not worth a penny you pay but for a helmet to be DOT rated it has to be safe very unprofessional and didn’t like the way they try to push you into buying a helmet if they need to make store numbers and sales sorry but customer service comes first not pushing people into buying a helmet "
